Treatments

I offer a consultation to help identify the person’s constitution followed by specific nutrition and lifestyle advice as an aid to help regain and maintain consistent good health.

Ayurveda

Ayurveda is a holistic system of medicine that is indigenous to and widely practiced in India. Ayurveda claims that most people are born in a perfect state of balance but quickly lose it due to a variety of factors, such as a poor diet and lifestyle.  Ayurveda offers everyone the chance to discover their optimal condition and thereby begin the journey towards achieving health.

Massage Therapy

Massage increases circulation and movement of the vital life fluids while at the same time helping to enhance and circulate pranic energy.

I use individually tailored head to toe massage techniques and natural plant based oils to help remove disease and rejuvenate the entire system, improving immunity and increasing vitality.  The aim is to bring balance to body, mind and spirit thereby promoting a sense of calm, wellbeing and joy.

Nutrition and Lifestyle

By identifying the cause of the imbalance and focussing on Nutrition and Lifestyle to strengthen the healthy elements inherent in everyone the body’s self reparation ability can be supported, thereby restoring the individual to their unique balance where the three elements of body, mind and soul are aligned.
